Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The Role:

  • Reporting to the Group HR Manager (based in KL), you will partner with the business to plan the recruitment and workforce strategy for the team
  • Take the lead in the recruitment process in (i) developing and overseeing selection process; (ii) ensuring consistent follow through in the recruitment process; and (iii) smooth onboarding
  • Interview and filter for suitable candidates prior to the line manager interviews
  • Execute all employee letters including new employment contracts, promotions, transfers, etc
  • Be the gatekeeper of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are followed, and aligned with Group policies
  • Prepare and complete monthly payroll for the Indonesia team, including statutory submissions
  • Assist with employee relations and staff disciplinary issues
  • Maintaining staff records in the payroll system
  • Manage all benefits including insurance, leave and medical
  • Assist in coordinating training and learning events
  • Assist with the office administration

Persyaratan & Keterampilan

  • Relevant degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • 3-5 years HR experience with strong recruitment background
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian HR labour laws and regulations and benefit schemes
  • Payroll system, Microsoft Office-Word, Excel and Power Point added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written & spoken English
  • Able to meet tight deadlines
  • Team player
